Payment Options

Processing Times
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high-volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
Ordering Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.You can visit our website at any time to check the order logistics information
My packages is showing as delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?
First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers's electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

Shipping Times
• Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships.
• Your order will be prepared for shipment on the next business day morning. Typically, orders are estimated to arrive in 3-12 days. Occasionally, there might be instances where the logistics information doesn't update or displays a "Delivered" Status even if the package hasn't arrived. In such cases, please allow US to assist you in resolving the issue!
Missing item(s) from my order?
Sorry an item's missing; please double check it's on your order confirmation, check your emails (including junk/spam) to see if you've been sent an email about your order could be arriving in more than one parcel. If you can't find it and your expected delivery date has passed, then please head over to our Contact Us section and we will sort it for you.
What is Magcomsen return policy?

If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of order.
Returns and exchanges are possible in the following cases:
The item has not been worn, has not been washed, has intact tags, is in its original packaging, and was purchased within 30 days.
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items that have been worn outside
• Items that have been washed
• Items with incomplete labels
• Items with incomplete packaging
• Items that are more than 30 days old

How To Return
Step 1: To return the products, please submit items change requests to customer service via service@magcomsen.com
our service team will get back to you (Monday To Friday From 9:00 a.m. To 6:00 p.m.)
Step 2: You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submit the return request.
Step 3: After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product refund after we get your returning parcel.
We accept 30 days unconditional return. Return can be made within 30 days from the date you've received your items.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
To be eligible, please make sure that.
1. The product is in its original packaging
2. The product isn't used or damaged
3. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Please note that magcomsen is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at service@magcomsen.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.
How do I return or exchange something?
If you want to have a return or an exchange, please contact us at service@magcomsen.com, we will solve the problem for you properly, we hope to find out what the problem is and continue to improve, everything is to give you a better experience.
How do luse a promotion/discount code?
It's easy! Simply enter your promotion code in the discount field during checkout, select "Apply" and the discount will be applied to your order.
